½ cup hot water
1½ teaspoons unflavored gelatin
1 tablespoon bee pollen
¼ cup honey
Soften the gelatin in the water for several minutes. Then dissolve the gelatin mixture over low heat for 5 to 7 minutes, until the mixture is clear. Add the remaining ingredients. Makes about 1 cup.
